Hey PlaySmarters,  

Here is a technical video to keep your skills sharp. It may may seem like basic stuff but having fast hands are one of the hockey player’s greatest assets. No yard, passage or driveway is too small to practice moving the ball with lightning hands!

Here are some tips before you start your session:

1. GET AMPED! Having a good positive attitude will determine your success. Let’s take this Lockdown, DOWN!
2. GOING THROUGH A ROUGH PATCH? Find a carpet to lay in your driveway or on your bumpy grass. Unfortunately Lockdown rules also apply to all flying carpets, Stay home.
3. DON’T BE A LONER! Team up with your baby brother, share the video with friend or ask your dog. Hockey is a team sport, keep it that way!
4. GO, GO AND KEEP GOING!  Stay motivated and keep trying. The results will follow, muscle has a long memory! If you want to give up, rather go home…oh wait!
5. PLAY SMART! Don’t be a robot and just follow the instructions, improvise, use your noggin and express yourself. Hockey is art, with a bigger brush!
